Joshua Hollingsworth is the founder & CEO of Unified Creative Exchange, LLC (UCE), Unified Creative Exchange (UCE) is a Black-owned creative management agency + art gallery serving the needs of individuals, artists, and communities. Through the production and professional management etiquette, UCE brings stakeholders' visionary projects to life by providing creative support, diverse platforms and opportunities, and valuable idea development & management services.

Native to Wilmington, Delaware, Hollingsworth attended Delaware College of Art and Design, pursuing an education in Fine Art Photography. During his studies, Hollingsworth sought out and received an internship at the Contemporary Art Museum; The Delaware Contemporary. During a tenure of six years (2017 - 2023), Hollingsworth worked to optimize organizational systems, advanced community outreach, managed exhibitions, contractual agreements and partnerships, educational programming, logistics, artwork shipping and transport, COI’s, and installation over 7 galleries.

Over the past five years, by way of several managed projects and opportunities, Hollingsworth has earned the trust and fostered many partnerships with artists and community stakeholders. As well as, nominated for the 2022 John Lewis Youth Leadership Award. Hollingsworth has a passion for fostering, nourishing, and supporting those with a dream and a vision. His work in this realm helps ensure all voices, specifically BIPOC, have the opportunity to be heard, seen, and elevated off of the Unified Creative Exchange.
